I'm a big fan and frequent buyer of Elemis products. I've purchased many orders directly from their website with no issue until last week when FedEx reported that my package arrived when it hadn't. Not sure if the package was stolen or what happened but I email Elemis and Isabelle helped me out right away with a new order number. Great customer service. Very impressed.

Having the pleasure of receiving an email from Isabelle when I requested a sample of the primer, she told me she requested sample to be sent to me I am so happy I can’t wait to receive it, I have to be careful with my skin and found Elemis to be perfect for me my skin has never looked or felt so good deep set lines on my face have started to be less obvious which makes me less self conscious I would love to have all Elemis products that I haven’t got to try but someday I hope I will thank you Isabelle and Elemis thank you for the products you have made for all of us.Belinda

I've recently started to order Elemis products direct from Elemis and for starters I'm pleased with the pricing, the offers and prompt delivery.
Most recently I placed an order which entitled me to a freebie gift. My order came, but no gift. However after only one message to the customer care line, Jess, came back to and confirmed the freebie gift would follow. No challenges (like other suppliers), no nothing, but a simple confirmation which was favourable to me. Thanks Jess, Thanks Elemis.

Not only beautiful products, but excellent customer service. My initial email was picked up quickly by Faye and the query was dealt with promptly without any question. I wish all companies had customer service agents like this! Fantastic service.
